How Child #3 beats me at Guitar Hero.
How I got to school during the Canadian winter.
Why am I posting a slacker post?
Muchos writing to do today. Brake job scheduled for van. First-pass galley pages for I So Don't Do Spooky to arrive later today. Family wants food and clean clothes.
So, enjoy the sparse, but hopefully humorous, post. :)
Hee hee!
ReplyDeleteGood luck with all your chores and loves!
Hey Barrie,
ReplyDeleteI bet those webbed toes give Child #3 a distinct advantage at Guitar Hero. And while you were riding your moose to school during the Canadian winter, I was falling off a burro trying to make it to school in Escondido. The good ol' days!
Yep, my kids can beat me at video games without using hands either!
ReplyDeleteLove the moose shot too!
Your moose looks remarkably similar to the one I rode to school - although perhaps the antlers on yours are a bit bigger!
ReplyDeleteI love the moose pic. Maybe Sherry should rescue a moose in book #2.
ReplyDeleteI got boo'd off the stage at guitar hero. I suck.
ReplyDeleteI love the feet and guitar! And the moose? Hooked to a harness? I just watched Animal Planet last night about how you should never EVER approach a moose and a moose is the only animal who has NEVER been trained as a pet. Obviously, they didn't see this picture! LOL
ReplyDeleteDon't you hate it when they want to eat and have clean clothes?!?
ReplyDeleteLove the moose, looks like the one outside my igloo right now!
ReplyDeleteYou know what the Germans - aka my husband - does when the kids are clamoring for food? Throws chocolate at them. The only unhappy person is me. I don't any chocolate. But I do get the laundry. Hang in there!
ReplyDeleteWhat a moose.
ReplyDeleteSo, do you disinfect the guitar when she's done?
ReplyDeleteI love the moose! I've actually seen one in the wild and it scared the begeebies out of me. Mostly because it had it's calf with her and we were afraid she would find us threatening and charge or something.
Awesome picture!
Hi Barrie,
ReplyDeleteMy kids beat me the same way, but they only need one foot.
I never knew mooses could do that. You are an imparter of magnificent trivia - in photographic form!
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the galleys!
no moose in trawna, barrie :P lol
ReplyDeletechild#3 is a prodigy, fur shur :D
You had it easy. My grandfather always talked about how he had to walk 100 miles to school in a blizzard!
ReplyDeleteFunny! Good luck getting everything done. You are reminding me of the pile in my laundry room, sigh.
ReplyDeleteThe shorter the better, I always say!!!!!
ReplyDeletenow get writing.....
Tell me that those antlers are a joke. They look like a satellite dish in my hood.
ReplyDeleteI love the moose. I bet that is an interesting way of travel. You could always hang fog lights on the antlers for those cold foggy mornings.
ReplyDeleteGreat pics!!! ;)
ReplyDeleteThose are some awesome pictures.

Love the moose. I had heard they could be tamed. And look at all your happy visitors!
ReplyDeleteNice horse.
ReplyDeleteI rode the same moose!
