Barrie, this has to be a dream come true. Did you have Scholastic book orders in Canada? It was always the happiest day of school when you went in and saw the piles on your teacher's desk and knew yours were in there. And now YOURS IS in there! Congratulations--you deserve it! :)
Our bookfair rolls around in a couple of weeks I will keep my eyes peeled for your books. I think it will be easy to find readers in my school for them.
Congratulations, Barrie!! Our family has loved Scholastic books for three generations now! Way to go. (Don't dance a hole into your pajama feet... you wouldn't want cold toes.)
Gabe: Just the book. No gadgets. ;) ALTHOUGH imagine the sales if it came with a cell phone! :)
Anyway, very funny that you mentioned this because when my kids bring home their scholastic catalogue, I always say to them, "We're here for the books." :)
((Hello)) The book looks and sounds so awesome. I read the first chapter and had to have it! So I requested it from the library and it should be here by Monday. I'm truly looking forward to reading it :). Thank you very much for stopping by my blog and saying Hi, I really appreciate that :) Have a great Sunday! Gayla

ReplyDeleteDrat, drat, drat! I've been waiting for this, and my son only brought home Lucky, not Arrow!
