TSHIDIMU TSHILENGA (Tshiluba--because I have never heard of this language. I googled and, apparently, Tshiluba is a Bantu language spoken in southeastern Congo. From a cursory glance, Tshiluba looks to be a language that favors "tsh" at the beginning of words. I wonder how your tongue gets around that combo of consonants.)


These are the butter tarts Child #4 and I baked for last night's New Year's Eve party. They were delicious and the perfect amount of runny.
